The contest took place in waters of the Medano (Tenerife) it was the #1 event of the IV Kitesurf Championship of Spain. The conditions were typical Tenerife wind for the double qualifying rounds and the modality free style.
In female category was Gisela Pulido who was imposed front ?ngela Peral. The two international riders maintained a quarrelled dispute by the triumph in the difficult conditions of changing wind by the presence of a depression during the dispute of the event.
